OUR PATRON

We are delighted to have Justin Fletcher as our Stagewise Patron.

Justin was awarded the MBE in the Queen’s 2008 Birthday Honours for Services to Children’s Broadcasting and his charity work. He also received a BAFTA this year for his presenting work.

When it came to choosing a patron for Stagewise, Justin was top of my wish list. We met whilst touring the country together in a children’s musical, and have remained the best of friends ever since.

Justin is probably most well known for his presenting work on popular television programmes including CITV’s Fun Song Factory and CBeebies Tikabilla, Spring Watch, Higgledy House and the award winning, Something Special.

He is a talented actor and has appeared in numerous plays, pantomimes, musicals and arena tours as the host of CBeeBies Live!

He is in great demand as a voice over artiste and has created voices for some of the most well loved characters on children’s television including Jake and Doodles in The Tweenies, Growling Tiger and Sleeping Bear in Boo, Miguel in Finley the Fire Engine, Jim Jam and Slim the Giraffe in Jim Jam and Sonny, Chubba in BB3B and even Shaun the Sheep!

Justin runs his own successful production company, Scrumptious House Ltd and we have enjoyed working together on several projects including the DVD, Let’s Sing Nursery Rhymes and the outdoor arena show, The Big Party.

Justin has always been extremely supportive of all that we do at Stagewise. Despite his hectic schedule, he always finds time to visit Stagewise and work with our students and to host The Stagewise Awards.

All of us at Stagewise are immensely proud of Justin and can truly say that he is something special!
