ALLY COX

Stagewise Artistic Director

Ally trained at London’s Academy of Live and Recorded Arts and founded Stagewise School for the Performing Arts in 2000. Most recently, Ally has been performing in the rock and pop musical, The Heat is On for Act3 Management. Her theatre credits include Elvis – The Musical National Tour, Playdays – A Puzzle for Mr Jolly, Playdays – A New Adventure National Tour, City of Angels, Daisy Pulls it Off, Antigone, Live like Pigs, Women of Twilight, I’ll Be Back Before Midnight, Fatal Attraction, Putting on the Glitz European Tour, Little Shop of Horrors, The Adventures of Paddington Bear, The Adventure’s of Alice in Wonderland, the British Premiere of Lovers and Friends and Love Off The Shelf.

Pantomimes include Peter Pan with Matthew Kelly and Tracey Childs, Peter Pan with Ron Moody, Snow White and Cinderella with Lynda Baron and Michael Medwin, Jack and the Beanstalk with Jack Wilde, Little Red Riding Hood, Aladdin and Cinderella.

TV and DVD credits include The Bill, Waiting for God, Am Dram, Let’s Sing Nursery Rhymes and The Big Party.

Ally also works as a session singer and voiceover artist. Credits include The King and I with Julia McKenzie, Annie Get Your Gun with Gemma Craven, Oklahoma with David Soul and Keep the Kids Quiet with Justin Fletcher.

Ally works as a freelance vocalist with various bands and orchestras including The String of Pearls Orchestra, the legendary Ray McVay Orchestra and Live Impact.

Ally’s credits as a director include Chatroom, Flesh and Blood, The Lemonade Kid, Our Day Out, One Big Night, Idols, An Audience With, Mother Goose, Cinderella, Jack and the Beanstalk and Sinbad.
